All the patterns and instructions are included for the applique, patchwork and wall hanging construction, as well at the fabrics for the wallhanging top and binding.

Wadding and backing fabrics are not included. You will also need Stitch & Tear, Fusible Webbing (Heat N Bond Lite) and threads.
